AllCare of Maryland is under the leadership direction of Dr. Victor Kim, who is a FACEP, Board Certified Emergency Room Physician with over 20 years of experience leading teams as a Medical Director at Pensacola Naval Base Hospital, NorthWest Hospital, the Emory Hospital system and other notable hospitals throughout the US both as a civilian and as a US Army Lt. Colonel ER Physician. Dr. Victor Kim brings a wealth of experience with his knowledge and background of treating tens of thousands of patients in the ER for severe trauma, severe lacerations, broken bones, sports injuries, pediatric illnesses, as well as geriatric and gynecological ailments.

Dr. Victor Kim has dedicated his practice to promoting good health with preventive care to his patients including COMPLIMENTARY blood pressure screenings 7 days a week! Dr. Victor Kim also offers COMPLIMENTARY cosmetic skin care consultations for dermal injectibles such as BOTOX, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane and Lumenis IPL laser consults for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening with the Aluma and microdermabrasion and mesotherapy (selective fat removal without injections!) 

Dr. Victor Kim also provides a physician directed weightloss program with proven results!

Dr. Victor Kim also serves in the Emergency Department at Howard County General Hospital as an ER Physician on a part time basis. In 2011, Dr. Kim was selected as the new President of the Korean American Medical Association (KAMA) Washington DC Chapter, serving all Korean American Physicians in MD, VA and DC. When Dr. Victor Kim is not working he enjoys watching and playing golf, tennis and soccer and spending time with his family.

Margaret Kim, President and COO of AllCare of Maryland, brings over 20 years of executive management experience in mergers & acquisitions, international sales & marketing, global market management, & product management at AT&T and as a 
Vice President at Check Free Corporation.

On May 16, 2011 Margaret Kim was selected to serve on the Equal Business Opportunity Commission to serve as a representative from the Asian American business community to support the efforts of the Economic Development Authority EBOC.

Margaret also serves as a Council member for the Maryland Council for New Americans, a Board of Trustees member for the Howard Hospital Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Howard County General Hospital (HCGH), a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, a member of the Community Relations Council for Howard County General Hospital. Margaret Kim also serves as an advisory Board of Trustees  member for BB&T Bank, and a Board of Trustees member for the Domestic Violence Center of Howard County and for the Howard County Arts Council (HCAC).

Margaret Kim also mentors several GT Howard County High School seniors per year who are interested in pursuing studies in the medical arena. In June 2009, Margaret Kim joined the Columbia Foundation as a Board of Trustees member in order to continue her pursuit of serving the diverse needs of the community from a health care perspective. She is also a graduate of the class of 2008 Leadership Howard County.

Margaret Kim also supports the Healthy Howard Initiative and AllCare of  Maryland is the only urgent care provider participating to support the needs of the uninsured within Howard County who sign  up with the Healthy Howard HealthCare Plan. Margaret Kim is committed to providing affordable healthcare to all, but has a special interest in supporting the healthcare needs of the Latino and Korean community by providing bi-lingual Spanish and Korean speaking staff members to support the specific needs of the Latino and Korean speaking patients.

Margaret Kim also supports the efforts of the Cancer Leadership Coalition of Howard County providing feedback to the committee on key healthcare issues and concerns.
